If you have already established exactly what support you need, a diagnostic assessment may not be required, if it is however, required, we have two choices, our Lite Bridge The Gap Assessment can be taken right now. We'll send you a report of what we think you need, followed by a call to talk more about how we can help you. The second option is our Bridge The Gap Exploration Assessment. This deep dive will allow us to assess in more detail, the level of support you need. We may speak to members of your team to gain a broader view, to really help us tighten up any gaps, ensuring we match you with a Project Coordinator and any additional staff members you need, that fit your exact requirements.
The minimum agreement we ask you to sign is for one month's support. If you want to ensure that the same Project Coordinator or Operational Support Specialist will work with you throughout any projects you are undertaking, or for the foreseeable future, we recommend signing up for the length of time you anticipate you need someone for, or continue a rolling agreement after the first month. If you only sign up for one month, there is no guarantee that the person or people you work with, will be available should you come back to us at a later date.
Together we will co-create your support plan, based on the specific needs of your business and wherever possible, to suit your budget. Once that has been agreed, you will be required to pay for your first month in advance, any payments thereafter will be taken monthly by direct debit. You will have access to an online portal where you can control your payments, however, if you wish to pause or cancel your account, simply contact your dedicated account manager who can do this for you.
Absolutely not! The beauty of CorpFlex Outsourced Business Support is our flexibility. You can simply put a pause on your account and no further payments will be taken until your project resumes. Your Project Coordinator will stay in touch and remain available for up to 4 weeks. If your need to keep your account paused after 4 weeks that's fine however, your Project Coordinator may get moved on to another client and we cannot guarantee after that time they will be available when your project resumes. We will always match you will someone as equally experienced in any case, but will do our very best to keep you with the same staff wherever possible. The same applies to any staff member utilise from us.
Yes we do! If you want to utilise any of our staff over a 6 month period, you can do so on a retainer. Choosing this service offers you a more preferable rate but you must sign up for a minimum of 6 months. This will allow your Project Coordinator or Operational Support Specialist to keep their availability open exclusively to you for the duration of your agreement.
If you need to cancel your support that's fine. Simply come back and re-sign up when you are ready! We always recommend pausing rather than cancelling to make the sign-up process easier. If you cancel your agreement before your term ends no refund will be given.
What if I am unhappy with the service provided?
We'll work hard to make sure that never happens, but just like any good service provider, we do offer some protection for you as a customer. If after the first 14 days you are unhappy with the service provided, you can request a refund. Refunds are not given after this time and there is a good reason for that. You will be given a dedicated account manager at no extra charge who will be in touch with you often, to make sure everything is running smoothly. You will also have access to our help desk, to raise a ticket for any problems you might come across. If in the unlikely event your team member turns out not to be a good fit, your account manager will place someone else with you ensuring you are never inconvenienced, all we ask is that you maintain communication with your account manager and alert them to any concerns as soon as possible.
We will always aim to place someone with you that can commit fully to the term of your agreement. Having said that, if for any reason your staff member becomes unavailable, your account manager will find a suitable replacement quickly and all handover will happen internally, which means you will NEVER be without cover.
